Three symbolic circles represent past, present and future, and with the spirit road that connects them through the spirit of life giving the gift of breath. A female bear watches over me guiding, protecting, nurturing and helping heal my inner pain from scarred memories. Wisdom grows strong like a tree. My medicine bag fills with positive thought. The grandfather rocks are from the sacred ground the ancestors of my people, a Ojibwa tribe proud and healthy. The bear roars giving courage from her strong heart. A baby thunderbird hovers over the bears’ arm offering tobacco. A respected prayer to live long and strong, to grow wise and be a leader of goodwill. The original work has been given to the love of my life, I could not accomplish anything without her,
