Museum of Ontario Archaeology Programs
Looking for activities in the London, Ontario area? Take advantage of the many programs offered by the Museum of Ontario Archaeology. From tours to birthday parties, hands-on educational activities for your classroom to internships and co-op placements, we have a wide range of programs designed to engage and enhance learners of all ages.
Both fun and educational, MOA has designed year-round activities for all ages:
- Educational Programs for Teachers – A school field trip to the museum opens doors and brings the past to life through our unique and experiential programs. Your students will love exploring the full-size Iroquoian longhouse, and they’ll be amazed by our collection of almost two million artifacts.
- Kids’ Birthday Parties (Diggin’ Your Birthday)– There is nothing easier than scheduling a birthday party for your child and his or her friends at MOA. We take care of the details so you can enjoy the day! We offer both indoor and outdoor activities that are fun and educational for kids from ages 5 – 14.
- Camps for Kids – PA Day, Summer, and March Break Camps are offered every year. Learn about archaeology, First Nations, and Ontario history while making new friends and having lots of fun.
- Badge Completion Programs – Specially designed programs help Brownies, Guides, Cubs, and Scouts easily meet the requirements of badges that coincide with the First Nations Heritage.
