Mike is a Obijway artist from Whitefish River First Nation near Manitoulin Island. He is a full time employee at Centre for School Mental health at University of Western Ontario. He paints to teach and he paints to inspire. He says art has helped him in making better decisions and helped grow as Anishnaabe.
