Summer, March Break and PA Camps

Make lasting memories at the MOA

Our Day Camp allows children to discover Ontario archaeology, natural and cultural history, environment and science through simulated digs, artifact exploration, and experiments that help them connect to and learn about the past.

Camps are open to children ages 6-12 and programming runs from 9am-4pm. Morning drop-off starts at 8:30 am; pick-up ends at 4:30 pm.

PA Day Camps

Spend the PA Day with the MOA and “Discover Archaeology” through edu-taining games and activities.

March Break Camps

Our next March Break Camp is scheduled for March 11th – 15th, 2024.

Summer Camps

Summer Day Camp will run for six weeks starting on July 8th, 2024.

Each week has a different focus and is open to campers ages 6 to 12 and will run from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM each day.

Drop off begins at 8:15 AM and pickup begins at 3:45 PM with the latest pickup being 4:30 PM.

Cost: $225 for the week | Daily Rate: $55

Frequently Asked Questions

What does a typical day look like?

A typical day is spent doing various activities, games and crafts related to the theme of the camp. There is outdoor time each day depending on the weather. Outdoor space includes our archaeological/heritage village located next to the Museum or exploring the Medway Valley Heritage Forest which is also next to the Museum.

What is the ratio for camp?

The ratio of councillor to kids is 1:8.

Do you offer 1:1 support?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide 1:1 support at our camps.

What is the refund policy for camps?

Cancellations received seven days or more prior to the start date of camp are subject to a cancellation fee of 20%. No refunds will be issued for cancellations with less than one week’s notice.

Do you provide lunch?

No. All campers should be sent with a water bottle and a lunch & snacks.
