Discover, Learn, Create – Tailored Programs for 55+ Groups!
Looking for a unique outing for your 55+ group? Enjoy a customized museum tour plus your choice of an expert talk, outdoor walk, or hands-on craft like pottery or card making—perfect for Lifelong Learners.
Onsite Programs
Bring your group to the MOA for an afternoon tour and an engaging activity. Tours can be catered to your group’s interested and include an optional Virtual Reality (VR) experience. Activities will feature a craft, guest speaker or a behind-the-scenes experience.

Tours and Activities
- Virtual Reality – Put on our VR headset & travel back in time! All tours include the opportunity to explore our Virtual Longhouse
- Paper/Print Making – Learn how to make eco-friendly seed paper or create custom cards and prints using our unique MOA-themed linocut stamps.
- Behind the Scenes – Tour our specialized archaeological Collections facility and learn how artifacts are documented, cared for and shared.
- Artifacts Up Close – Interactive hands-on experience to touch and explore Ontario artifacts and ecofacts in more detail
- Outdoor Explorations – Hike the Miggsie Lawson Trail and learn more about the flora, fauna and history of Medway Heritage Forest.
Virtual Programs
Bring the MOA into your facility with a fully remote, live virtual presentation. Virtual experiences are 45-60 minutes.
